Brief and introduction of internal combustion forklift

Internal combustion forklift refers to a forklift that uses diesel, gasoline or liquefied petroleum gas as fuel and is powered by an engine. So what are its benefits? Let's understand it together!

The radiator system includes a radiator and a wind shield. The radiator is also known as a water tank. It consists of three parts: the water inlet chamber, the water outlet chamber and the radiating core. The cold liquid (water) moves inside the radiator core, and the air passes outside the radiator core, so that the heat absorbed by the cold water from the internal combustion engine can be transferred to the outside air, so that the temperature of the cold water can be lowered to circulate again. The function of the windshield is to make all the air drawn by the electric fan pass through the radiator to improve the power of the electric fan.

 Internal combustion forklifts generally use diesel, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas engines as the power, and the load can be 1.2 to 8.0. The working channel width is generally 3.5 to 5.0 meters. Considering the exhaust emission and noise, it is generally used in outdoor, workshop or other Locations with no special requirements for exhaust emissions and noise. Because fuel compensation is convenient, it can complete long-term continuous operations, and can work in harsh environments (such as rainy days).

Internal combustion forklifts are a relatively large concept, and all are powered by engines. The ones we use more often can be subdivided into the following four types:

① It is called a heavy-duty forklift. It is a forklift that uses a diesel engine as its power. Because its load-carrying capacity is as high as 10.0 ~ 52.0t, it is called a heavy-duty forklift. It is generally compared in outdoor operations such as docks that carry heavy cargo and the steel industry common.

② It is called a side forklift, and it is also a forklift that uses a diesel engine as its power, but its load carrying capacity is relatively low, only 3.0 to 6.0t. It has a very powerful advantage is that it has a fork directly from the side without turning. The ability to fetch goods is not available in other forklifts. Therefore, the side forklift is mainly used to fork long goods, such as wooden bars and steel bars.

③ It is called a container forklift and also uses a diesel engine as its power. Its carrying capacity is relatively medium, up to 8.0 ~ 45.0t. From the name, it can be seen that it is generally used for container handling in container yard or port terminal operations. In the actual operation process, container forklifts can be divided into three types: empty container stacker, heavy container stacker and container front crane.

④ The type is a common ordinary internal combustion forklift. It can be powered by diesel, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas engines, and its load-carrying capacity is not low. It is about 1.2 to 8.0t. The working channel width is generally 3.5 to 5.0 meters. Fuel replenishment is very convenient, so you can work outdoors for a long time, even in harsher environments. However, this common internal combustion forklift has the disadvantage of exhaust emission and noise, which is not convenient for indoor use.
